Rotary‑coating PTFE (rotary lining) equipment is a type of corrosion‑resistant vessel that uses carbon steel or stainless steel as the base material and employs a rotary molding process to thermally bond fluoroplastics—such as ETFE, F40, PFA, and FEP—to the inner surface. Its key advantages include seamless construction, resistance to negative pressure, excellent impermeability, and high temperature tolerance, making it widely suited for highly corrosive chemical processing applications.
1. Process
• The tower section (carbon steel/stainless steel) is fully roller‑coated with a seamless lining.
• Lined tower internals: distributors, supports, spray pipes, packing support rings, etc.
2. Specifications
• Diameter: DN300–DN4000
• Single-section length: 1 m to 6 m
• Lining: ETFE (2–4 mm), PFA (high-temperature)
3. Performance
• Temperature resistance: ETFE -60℃ to 180℃
• Pressure resistance: positive pressure + vacuum (-0.09 MPa)
• Corrosion resistance: resistant to moist chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, and various acids and bases.
4. Features
• Entirely seamless, preventing penetration by corrosive media within the tower.
• Vacuum‑resistant, suitable for distillation, absorption, and vacuum desorption.
• Smooth inner wall, anti-scaling, and prevents material buildup
• Can be lined with fluoropolymer in sections and assembled on-site.
