◦ Customers submit their requests via telephone, the official website, offline trade shows, and other channels; the customer service team will proactively reach out for communication within 24 hours.

◦ Key recording items: medium type (e.g., acids, bases, solvents), application scenario (chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, etc.), specification parameters (pipeline pressure, storage tank volume), and special requirements (non-standard components, hygienic-grade standards, etc.).

2. Technical Pre-assessment

◦ The technical team will conduct an assessment, taking into account factors such as media corrosivity, temperature, and pressure, to make a preliminary evaluation of the suitability of steel-lined PTFE (PTFE/FEP/ETFE) and provide free corrosion-protection solution recommendations.

1. Customized Solution Delivery

◦ For standard requirements: provide standardized design drawings (including coating thickness, connection methods, etc.);

◦ For non-standard or complex components and operating conditions: the technical team will deliver a customized solution within 48 hours (e.g., design of non-standard pipe bending angles, anti-delamination lining technology for storage tanks), accompanied by 3D models or CAD drawings for approval.

2. Business Negotiations and Contract Signing

◦ Clearly define the project timeline (7–15 days for standard orders; custom orders subject to negotiation based on complexity), pricing, acceptance criteria, and after-sales terms.

◦ A formal contract will be signed, supporting a prepayment plus final payment upon acceptance model, and a 13% special VAT invoice will be provided.

1. Execution of Mass Production

◦ Standardized operations in a 10,000-square-meter workshop:
• Steel surface preparation: blast cleaning to achieve Sa2.5 rust removal grade, ensuring coating adhesion;
• Dual-application construction: Select spray coating (suitable for complex structures) or roll coating (suitable for large, flat surfaces) based on the product type, with coating thickness uniformly controlled at 1.5–3 mm.
• Weld joint treatment: An integral sintering process is employed to eliminate the risk of weld seam leakage.

2. End-to-End Quality Tracking

◦ Quality inspection points are established for each process step: coating thickness inspection (using a magnetic thickness gauge), spark leak detection (with a no-leak criterion), and pressure testing (for pipelines, at ≥1.5 times the working pressure).

◦ Process photos/videos will be provided, and the customer may request on-site supervision.

1. Finished Product Acceptance

◦ Acceptance shall be conducted in accordance with the contract specifications, and third-party test reports shall be provided (e.g., corrosion resistance tests, high-temperature aging tests);

◦ Supports on-site acceptance by the customer or third-party testing; non-conforming products shall be reworked unconditionally.

2. Flexible Delivery Solutions

◦ Logistics and Delivery: Partnering with nationwide logistics providers to cover major industrial regions such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta, with shipments dispatched within 72 hours.

◦ Installation Support: Provision of installation drawings and remote technical guidance; for complex projects, engineers can be dispatched on-site to provide assistance.
