• Core process: PTFE powder is injected into an elastic mold, followed by isostatic pressing and high‑temperature sintering, resulting in a “steel–PTFE monolithic” bond with the steel tube. This produces a material with high density and strong interfacial adhesion.
• Key parameters: Temperature resistance: −50 to 180°C (up to 260°C under isobaric conditions); pressure resistance: 0.096 to 3.0 MPa; supports both positive and negative pressures across the full temperature range; compatible with nominal sizes from DN25 to DN700.
• Key advantages: Excellent resistance to high temperature and pressure, compensating for the differential thermal and dimensional expansion between steel and fluoropolymer, enabling synchronous expansion and contraction without delamination or collapse.
• Application scenarios: Suitable for industries such as chemical processing, chlor-alkali, power generation, and rare earths; designed to withstand harsh operating conditions involving high temperatures, negative pressure, and rapid thermal cycling, such as the conveyance of highly corrosive gases and mixed acids.
• Limitations: Higher cost than tight‑fit liners, and demanding precision requirements for fabricating complex‑shaped tubular components.
