Fluoropolymer-lined metal flexible connectors are high-performance flexible fittings composed of 304/316 stainless steel bellows, a steel wire braid, and an internal polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining. They combine the strength of metals with the corrosion‑resistant properties of PTFE, and are specifically engineered for applications involving highly corrosive media, extreme temperatures, and severe vibration.
• Inner lining: Made of food-grade and industrial-grade PTFE, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, and organic solvents; withstands temperatures from –196°C to 260°C. The inner surface is smooth, non‑scaling, exhibits low flow resistance, and remains clean with no leaching.
• Outer layer: The stainless steel mesh sleeve is pressure-rated at 0.6–1.6 MPa, resistant to negative pressure, vibration‑proof, and highly flexible in bending, enabling compensation for thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, installation misalignment, and equipment displacement.
• Connection types: flanged, threaded, and quick‑connect; sizes range from DN15 to DN600, with lengths customizable to meet specific requirements. Widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, and lithium‑battery industries for conveying highly corrosive media, high‑temperature fluids, and ultra‑pure materials. It addresses the challenges of conventional piping—corrosion, leakage, and stress‑induced cracking—offering reliable sealing, long service life, and easy installation.
