Rotary‑coating PTFE (rotary lining) equipment is a type of corrosion‑resistant vessel that uses carbon steel or stainless steel as the base material and employs a rotary molding process to thermally bond fluoroplastics—such as ETFE, F40, PFA, and FEP—to the inner surface. Its key advantages include seamless construction, resistance to negative pressure, excellent impermeability, and high temperature tolerance, making it widely suited for highly corrosive chemical processing applications.
• Process: Steel pipe is rotated and heated, with fluoroplastic powder uniformly melted and coated onto the inner wall, resulting in an integral, seamless structure.
• Common materials: ETFE (F40, mainstream), PFA, FEP.

•Caliber: DN25–DN600
• Length: Maximum single length 6 m, reducing flanges
• Liner thickness: 2–5 mm
•Connection: Flanged connection (lined flange / flat seal)
2. Performance Parameters
• Temperature resistance: ETFE -60℃ to 180℃
• Pressure rating: Positive pressure PN 1.0/1.6/2.5 MPa; negative pressure up to -0.098 MPa (vacuum)
• Corrosion resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents, and organic solvents (except molten alkali metals).
3. Core Features
• Seamless with no pinholes, completely eliminating delamination and wrinkling of the tight‑fitting liner.
• Vacuum‑resistant (not suitable for tight‑lining pipes)
• Resists thermal cycling without blistering.
• Smooth inner wall, no scale buildup, and low flow resistance
• Can produce complex pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, crosses, and reducers.
4. Applicable Scenarios
• Transportation of high-temperature, highly corrosive media (hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, organic acids, chlorine gas)
• Vacuum/negative-pressure piping, distillation/absorption column reflux piping
• High-purity media for pharmaceuticals, electronics, and chemicals
